Excellent Service and Expertise!
Taylor Schwefel · Chicago, IL Roller Shades
Excellent Service and Expertise – Highly Recommend Vlad!
Vlad did an absolutely exceptional job installing our new blackout motorized shades. From the very beginning, he was the consummate professional. His communication was clear and consistent, keeping us informed every step of the way.
What truly impressed us was Vlad’s meticulous attention to detail. He was incredibly precise with the installation, ensuring a perfect fit and flawless operation given our windows are not even. He is also super easy to work with, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Where Vlad truly went above and beyond was in troubleshooting. When we ran into an issue with the motors not connecting to our iPhones, he worked endlessly to find a solution. His patience and determination were remarkable, and he was incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved.
We couldn’t be happier with the final result and the outstanding service we received. If you are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, we couldn’t recommend Vlad more highly. He is a true expert who goes the extra mile.
